I absolutely love love love this picture! I actually had to stare at it for quite a while because the landscape in the picture looked like 2 different places but i realized it was one place. silly me. But I love how u did the frame within a frame. I usually don't like black and white pictures because I love vibrant colors but when I viewed your work, it gave me the same sense of feeling when I view colors. Even though they are black and white, you're pictures are not flattened out like most other photographers.
Overall, over the course of taking this class I discovered that my photographic niche would be in primarily black-and-white, eerie or creepy photographs that take the viewer as though they were to fall into the picture. When people look at my photographs, I want them to feel as though they are in another world – that the picture would take them someplace else and forget about where they are at that moment in time. There is also the mysterious aspect of which comes from the method that I choose to frame the subjects, that I like to include in my work and that also keeps the viewer interested and keep on pondering as they take in the surrealism of the picture already.
Dear Web-Surfer,
I would very much like an A+ in this class, so any praise or unnecessarily exaggerated ass-kissing is greatly appreciated.
